The beds were comfortable.

The AC in our room was not cooling properly, at times it was warm and the toilets were not flushing properly leaving a bad smell in the room.

The hotel is at a great location for shopping and walking distance to Terminal 21 Mall. The hotel staff all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent.

comfortable and enjoyable for all of us.

Good variety of food for breakfast but many containers were not kept warm/hot during the 4 hour period. An extra bed was subsequently required as such and it was supplied and set up for use within no time of making the request.

I noticed on the walk at ground level to reach the lift up to our room and on the return trip that in 2 areas a bad odour/smell was noticeable each time. Other than that all was fine for the 3 night stay.

Wonderful

The location is vey convenient. It is very close to Terminal 21 and not too far from the beach. There is 7-eleven nearby the hotel. The swimming pool is big.

The breakfast has less choice but big. Furniture in the room is old style.

The best I have had in Thailand. Except the breakfast buffet was poor they need bacon on buffet and happy staff

I would stay again.

a friendly welcome by the staff delivered cases to my room up by a lift. Clean room with wide screen tv walking in shower teas and coffees and a safe in room.

Only one thing a pungent smell from the toilets by the pool.

Look for another place to stay

Support staff was friendly and clearly worked hard to hold this aging place together.

Bed is very uncomfortable. Loud most nights from other guest rooms. The management could hear the noise at 11:30 pm and did nothing until my group individually complained. Horrible. The initially room boasts a "balcony" but no chairs or tables...basically a drying rack for your swim suit. I paid an additional $20 per night for a room with a real balcony. I travel between 50 and 100 days a year and--for the money--one of my worst experiences. NEVER AGAIN!

Very good location, it is easy if you go via motorway no.7 also it is near the shopping mall. Various of nice breakfast. The 1st floor room could excess through the swimming pool. Overall I like it..

Price and quality ok

Price and quality ratio was ok. We payed 50€/night including breakfast. Clean hotel. Our room was in top floor, so no mold (not sure of the first floor) Staff was helpful and kind. Gym was also good.

Swimming pool main pump was broken, so they tryed to clean the pool with a small spare pump, but it wasn’t enough cause the water was green... Air conditioning in our room was time ti time so loud we had to turn it off. Maybe something was loose.

Cannot speak English AT ALL. Does not provide basic necessities like toothbrushes in rooms. Does not have a microwave oven to heat food. Pool does not have enough inflatables.

Nothing special , but swimming pool was very good .

Breakfast for Vegetarians and This is not preferred for Indians as looks like only one or2 family from india rest almost all were from China , obviously the preference and food preference will go towards chinese only

The hotel was absolutely fabulous, room was specious with...

The hotel was absolutely fabulous, room was specious with wonderful decoration and very comfortable bed , friendly and helpful Staffs , swimming pool was great and the delicious breakfast spread, it was really a nice stay.

There was a strong bad smell inside the lift elevator.

The room itself was a good size, well decorated and clean

Advertised a sauna but didn't have one, has photo's of a swim up bar but it isn't used, bed arrangement was not as advertised when we arrived. One person was made to sleep on a trundle bed to make it work, but only after a lot of arguing to get it sorted. Breakfast was average at best. This was more of a motel than a resort
